How we work

In writing Nothing is filed on your behalf without a signed, notarised agreement naming the specific property and the exact fee.

No pressure The money is not going anywhere. In most states unclaimed property does not expire, so nobody needs to decide anything today. Anyone telling you otherwise is telling you something false.

We say no If the amount does not justify the work, or the state holding it requires licensing we do not hold, we will say so and point you at the free route.

Your money, your hands The state pays the owner directly. We never take custody of your funds.
